• Optional demo sites free of charge for qualified prospects

Each service is tailored to the needs of small business clients who want a simple, strategic, and scalable digital presence.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and timely business information necessary to begin the project

• Respond to feedback and revision cycles during development

• Maintain access to their Wix account (or grant us access to create/transfer one on your behalf)

• Comply with all copyright and licensing regulations for submitted content, images, and branding

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in your chosen plan or custom agreement.

• Some services may require a deposit upfront or full payment prior to project launch.

• Ongoing support packages are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services or site access.

Project Timeline & Collaboration

Project timelines are fully dependent on the scope, goals, and complexity of each client’s needs. During the initial planning phase, we’ll establish a timeline that aligns with your vision and availability.

Throughout the project:

• You’ll receive regular updates and progress check-ins.

• You’ll have opportunities to provide real-time feedback and request revisions.

• We prioritize a collaborative process to ensure the final result aligns with your expectations.

 

Timely client input is essential to staying on track. Delays in feedback, content delivery, or approvals may impact the overall timeline.

Account Ownership and Access

• You will retain full ownership of your website and associated content.

• If we create a Wix account for you, it will be transferred upon project completion.

• Clients enrolled in an ongoing support plan may choose to grant admin access to our team for regular updates and analytics tracking.

Ongoing Maintenance and Support

• Clients may enroll in optional support plans for continuous updates, performance monitoring, and bug fixes.

• These plans allow us to track performance metrics and keep your site modern and competitive.

• Cancellation of support packages must be requested in writing with at least 14 days' notice.

 

Demo Site Requests

We offer free demo sites to qualified leads as part of our “Request a Demo” program. These demos:

• Are non-binding and for preview purposes only.

• Will not be transferred or published unless a service agreement is signed.

• Remain the intellectual property of Sites For Small Biz until a project agreement is made.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed work. Deposits may be partially refundable only if a cancellation occurs before work has begun. Ongoing support plans may be canceled but are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

 

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., traffic, revenue). In no event shall Sites For Small Biz be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to:

Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
